Terms and conditions
- When I receive your order a confirmation email will be sent, showing you have agreed to purchase my product.
- An email will be sent, to notify you, when your order has been dispatched.
- All packages will leave my premises in excellent condition, after that time, all ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage to the product you have purchased, shall pass onto you.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to me (address found in contacts) within 30 days of the date you received the item. To receive a refund, the item must be returned in excellent condition or, the item is faulty. If an item is NOT faulty and returned to me in poor condition a refund will NOT be issued. Please note unless the item is faulty only the cost of the product will be refunded and NOT the postage and packaging.
- Delivery can be made to the United Kingdom, Europe and to the rest of the world using the postage calculator. Cost of package and postage will be clearly stated on the order, placing the order confirms you agree to these costs.
- Your order, barring unforeseen circumstances, should reach you within 3 - 5 working days for UK delivery; for Europe and the rest of the world, your order should arrive with 2 weeks. Please note this is an estimate not a guarantee, however if delivery is unable to be made within 30 days you will be informed and offered the right to cancel.
- The price of the product will be clearly stated at time of ordering, if the price needs to be altered before dispatch, you will be notified. This will entitle you to cancel the order if you wish.
- Payment for my product can be made through Paypal (in doing so, you and I are both subject to their terms and conditions).
- I reserve the right to change my terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in place at the time of your order. Unless the change has been required by law or a government authority (in which case it will apply to all orders from the date enforced).
- As you will be placing your order with me via email, our communication, (unless another source is used), will be done electronically. In doing so, you consent to electronic communication satisfying all the same legal requirements as written communication. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you wish to cancel your order you may do so, any time prior to dispatch and within seven working days after having received your goods. The item must then be returned to me (in the excellent condition you received it in), you are responsible for any costs incurred at this time. Your money will be returned to you within 30 days.
- Placing your order confirms you agree to my terms and conditions.
Privacy
All information collected from you will be done so lawfully, according to the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected from you will only be used to process your order and provide a good quality service. The information I collect from you will NOT be passed onto any third party.
